docs: update README for the 5.0 firmware-delegated architecture

The board now executes patterns on its own over Wi-Fi/HTTP (no USB,
no G-code streaming); the Pi backend is the web UI + ecosystem layer.
Point firmware references at the dune-weaver-firmware fork and refresh
the LED, multi-table discovery, and firmware-OTA feature bullets.
